The principal values of the UX Awards are to Inspire, Evangelize, Honor the Best, Lead by Example, Reflect the Community and Show Real Value.

 

This year's theme was "The Future of UX."  We received submissions from companies all over the world ranging from Virtual Reality to Innovations in Healthcare.

 

My role as Digital Specialist required a diverse skill set, which included:

 

+ Maintain the Wordpress site and updates

+ Photo & video edits

+ Update sponsors

+ Coordinate volunteers (day of)

+ Critique all submissions based on 20+ criteria

+ Research

+ Design and execution of a variety of print media

+ Variety of other tasks as needed
